I am new, where do I start?

We love that question! Start by building a routine, order some products and be patient 🙂 If you have super-sensitive skin make sure you choose unscented products.

Do your products contain any nut oils?

Yes, some products like the Glow Face Elixir contains Argan Oil and our Soaps contain Coconut Nut Oil. These types of nut oil typically do not irritate people with nut allergies, but if you do have a nut allergy – we always recommend you speak to your GP to see if our products may be suitable and then patch test first. A small amount should be applied close to where you want to apply the product (such as behind the ear). If you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours then you should immediately and thoroughly wash the test area and not use that product.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

All other products should be safe to use, but we do recommend consulting with your doctor to be sure these products align with your pregnancy plan.

Can I use your products on my newborn?

Our products are certified for use for children 3 years and above.

Are your products Vegan?

Currently all our products are vegan. IF in the future we decide to add carefully sourced Beeswax in a new product, we will state it. But until then all our other products are entirely free from any animal ingredients or derivatives.

Are your products Cruely-free?

We’re happy to say that none of our products or their ingredients have been tested on animals.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in our lab in Kent, United Kingdom under strict quality standards. Ensuring we produce the best quality products for you.

Do you offer free samples?

We don’t offer samples unfortunately. We recommend you use our products for at least 14 days to get a good feel for if the routine is going to work for you and a sample wouldn’t give your skin sufficient time to obtain the benefit from the product.

However, during certain seasons we might add sample products in customer orders.

Do you work with Influencers?

Yes we do.
