If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return –
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item –
- We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund. Delivery costs are nonrefundable.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item, except for damaged items.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.
We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life.
Our current office hours are 9am-5pm BST Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sunday and major holidays.
All items ordered and paid for will be posted within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once posted, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive with standard delivery.
We are unable to post to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Free standard delivery is valid on UK orders over £25 after discount.
Delivery is FREE to anywhere in the UK on orders over £25 and £2.95 for orders less than £25. Our free delivery shipments are sent via Royal Mail on a two working day TRACKED service. You can also upgrade to next day delivery for £4.99 (order before 2pm).
All items ordered and paid for will be posted within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. However, please note that in some cases international orders can take up to four (4) weeks to arrive after they are posted since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the postal service. Once the package has been transferred to the postal service, Bibah Skincare is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
Please note we are unable to post to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding delivery address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
International orders may be required to pay for duties upon delivery. We do not assume responsibility for these payments. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Bibah Skincare does not reimburse these costs.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.
All prices shown online are in GBP. Payment will be processed in the most current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
Delivery to Europe:
For EU deliveries packages are sent using Royal Mail Standard International service at a standard rate of £5.00 per order.
You can also choose our European Tracked Shipping which is sent using Royal Mail International Tracked service at a rate of £9.00 per order. Orders will take between 5-7 working days but please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order.
You can also chose the Royal Mail International Tracked service at a standard rate of £15.00 per order.
Delivery to the rest of the World:
For Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and United Arab Emirates there is a fixed shipping fee of £15.00 for a Royal Mail International Tracked service.
If an address has been entered incorrectly by the customer and an order is returned to us, replacements (if requested) will be sent at the cost of the customer.

We work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be posted. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed, including address changes.
